He has successfully guided teams through high-profile global projects for top-tier clients, including Electronic Arts, Bioware, Disney, Unity, Jagex, Pixel Toys, Ten Square Games, Nordeus, and Sunrise Productions.
Known for his ability to balance creative excellence with strategic execution, Darryn fosters problem-solving skills, strengthens team dynamics, and drives projects to success. His passion lies in crafting high-quality, meaningful work that leaves a lasting impact.
As Head of Creative Operations at Balisti Studios, he plays a key role in shaping both creative direction and business strategy, ensuring the studio thrives in a competitive industry.

Lorraine Alvarez Posen
Chief Creative Officer
With over 17 years of industry experience, Lorraine has led and managed large teams of artists, shaping concepts for major clients such as Disney, Entertainment One, Triggerfish Animation Studios, Hero Concept Art, and Sunrise Productions.
As Art Director at Balisti Studios, she plays a key role in developing original IP and supporting global clients with character design, illustration, and storyboarding.
In addition, Lorraine consults with studios worldwide, helping to refine pre-production pipelines and craft compelling pitch bibles to bring creative visions to life.

Jon Baldachin

A pioneer in the computer games market in the early 1980s, Jon was responsible for bringing favourite family tabletop games Scrabble©, Monopoly©, Risk©, Cluedo©, Scalextric© and others onto home computers and consoles internationally. After selling his business, Leisure Genius, to Virgin Games, he continued to work in the Technology sector as a Director in the C-Suite of International Companies – including large public, large private and small fast-moving start-ups – and has been part of the Board for one NASDAQ IPO, two London IPOs and several trade sales.
Jon retired from full-time employment in 2017 and moved to Tuscany, Italy where he is semi-retired with a small portfolio of Non-Exec and Board Advisory roles.
